These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of yozig.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through our online shop. The Site is operated by YOZIG (“YoZig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from the Site.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, or other content are error-free. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and limit or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we may cancel or limit quantities on any order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation and/or process payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for that order.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. We do not store your full payment card details; card processing is handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax as calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping — United States Only

We currently sell and ship within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses or U.S. territories unless expressly stated. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or there is a shipping error on our part, please contact us by filling out our Contact Form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; not to interfere with the Site’s operation or security; and not to submit false, misleading, or spam content through our forms. We use Google reCAPTCHA and other measures to protect the Site from abuse, and we may collect IP addresses for spam prevention and security as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to YOZIG and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site relies on third-party services (including Stripe, Google reCAPTCHA, and Cloudflare) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YOZIG and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOZIG and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
